We don’t want to sound overconfident, but it’s more like what don’t we do? We have a unique approach to weddings and we believe that one vendor performing integrated functions makes for a smoother and more comprehensive coverage of your day.

  • Essentials

    Everything you need for a full wedding photography experience - a professional photographer from our team and a hand-edited gallery delivered electronically. Both 4 and 6 hour packages are great for elopements and micro-weddings, as well as full length traditional wedding days.

    Our premium photography package includes all of the essentials, plus a second shooter and a complimentary engagement shoot. With an 8 or 10 hour package, we can be two places at once - you get the whole team at our best possible value.

Types of Planning

  • Event Management

    If you’ve put a whole year of your life into planning the party, you should get to actually enjoy it! Event management is our version of what you may have heard called “day-of coordination”. One or two phone calls is not nearly enough time to grasp all of your hard work and execute a seamless day - so we will work together for 90 days leading up to your event, meeting every few weeks until you can be confident that your vision will be executed exactly as planned. You’ll have taken care of booking & designing everything, and as we iron out all of the logistics, we’ll provide expertise to help refine the plan. Event management does not include a rehearsal, but one can be added.

    $1,700 before add-ons

  • Hybrid Planning

    You already found the person you want to commit to - no need to commit to a wedding planner right off the bat either! Have a wedding planner support you and keep you on track during crunch time - The Hybrid Planning package begins 6 months before your event, and is designed to include phases 2 & 3 of the planning process (everything after booking your vendors). While at this point you may have some design ideas already in mind, we will help bring them to life and execute in the final stages of preparing for the day. For this package, you should have almost all of your vendors either booked or nearly booked prior to working together.

  • Full Guided Planning

    Full Guided Planning

    Don’t let your engagement be consumed by planning and tasks. Even if you think that a wedding planner is beyond your scale or budget, you’ll be surprised how much you can save by having someone experienced on your team.

    Guided wedding planning is our largest & most comprehensive package. This type of wedding planning includes full service, hands-on support from the time you complete the groundwork phase & find major vendors, all the way through the wedding day. We will work together to make sure that you stay on track to planning milestones from the day we contract together until the day of the event, typically over a year. (Full guided package requires a walkthrough with the venue.)

Add - On’s

For when you just need a few gaps filled in, we can add these services to any photo or planning package. None of these are required, but when you’re looking to add these services our exclusive vendors can help. These are just some of the things you have access to when you have us on your team.

  • Book one of our talented videographers for your wedding video. When you use one of our videographers, you are getting someone who has experience working with us and creates a seamless media team.

  • Have no idea where to begin with running an effective wedding rehearsal? Of course, It’s not like you’ve done this before! We have experience with ceremonies, bridal parties, and families -we know exactly how to navigate all the complexities of preparing for your big day. Have an experienced hand at your wedding rehearsal to make sure everything is set to go smoothly.

    You can also add any of our other services for the evening of your rehearsal dinner such as photography or videography to capture you and your family, toasts, and every special moment in your wedding weekend.

  • Linens, decor, equipment, and more. Our collection of wedding day essentials is expansive - and makes cleanup a breeze.

  • Nothing elevates an event like live music - work with our exclusive music vendor to create the exact ambiance you want for your wedding. All of our live musicians are seasoned at fulfilling MC duties as well.

  • DJ’s are one of the biggest elements to having a reception that goes smoothly and for helping your guests feel comfortable. When your guests don’t know what’s going on, it can be awkward and bring people out of the excitement of your event. Our exclusive DJ vendors know how we roll and contribute to a perfect event.

  • We work with amazing artists who can bring a scene from your ceremony or reception to life on canvas, in person, all while you and your guests dance the night away. Great entertainment too!

  • For gatherings of under 100 - our exclusive catering vendors can offer customizable catering coverage or provide a Maitre’d. Anything from just beverage service, to providing attendants for drop-off catering, to sourcing and providing your meal.
